The VP of Software Development is responsible for all management and technical aspects of development and delivery of the Sunrise Patient Flow product roadmap and will participate as a key member of the Sunrise Patient Flow management team. Successful candidates will be expected to: - Oversee development activities and manage a highly skilled team of software engineers and product architects - Deliver high quality product on-time and on-budget - Lead technical strategy and architecture decision making - Partner with Product Management, Quality Assurance and cross-functional implementation and support teams to exceed customer expectations - Manage all aspects and methodologies of the SDLC - Collaborate with management to determine budgets, product release cycles and business objectives Experience managing a team of software engineers - Experience working with product management and business analysts - Experience developing architecture using the Microsoft stack; .Net, SQL Server, Windows Server - Experience with Windows Workflow, WCF and Silverlight a plus |
