Primary Responsibilities: Provides general administrative support to the Account Manager. - Responds to calls and contacts involving general account information. - Maintains calendars and schedules and makes travel arrangements. - Arranges luncheons, conferences and meetings for ITE and other account personnel. - Sorts and distributes mail. - Serves as liaison with hospital personnel to answer questions and obtain information. - Orders supplies and materials as necessary; may maintain an inventory. - Uses various software applications to type letters, create presentations, spreadsheets, etc. Provides basic accounting/data support for the outsourcing account. - Generates weekly and monthly reports from various data concerning the account operations - Assist IT Managers with budget and other data tracking. - Processes invoices for payment through accounts payable. Provides personnel support for the outsourcing account. - Answers basic questions concerning policies and procedures. - Assures that appropriate paperwork is generated and submitted on personnel changes such as new hires, terminations, salary changes, etc. - Assist new hires with completing paperwork and assures that they have materials needed. - Compiles and reports to payroll, hours worked and time off hours for each payroll period. Responsible for understanding the relevant aspects of the Quality Management System and Customer Satisfaction Responsibilities relative to this job position. Responsible for performing these responsibilities fully without any exception or deviation Performs other duties as assigned. Specific experience / skills required: • Knowledge of administrative support functions. • Knowledge and experience with all areas of Microsoft office software applications MOUS certified) • Knowledge of grammar and punctuation. • Knowledge of filing systems. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication skills both oral and written • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously Schedule: 5 Days a week, 5 hours per day. |
