Job Summary: Leads the effort to deliver the functional and technological strategic plan for the outsourcing account. Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop financial analysis modeling and qualitative and quantitative benefit analysis • Perform vendor assessments, selection and make recommendations as a partner with the appropriate Account Leadership Team member. • Evaluate and revise IT functions and processes including future state operating model, sourcing strategy and future state architecture planning. • Assess IT capabilities and perform high level gap analysis of scalability to meet future (intermediate and longer term) demand. • Evaluate relevant technologies (hardware, software, telecommunication), staffing levels and resourcing (skill sets, sourcing strategies, organization), and service levels. Specific Experience / Skills Required: • Keen insight into the current and future of Information Technology and its practical application to various healthcare initiatives. • Project Management certification preferred • Experience in Healthcare IT highly desirable • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills • Strong customer service skills, including meeting facilitation, and presentation skills. • Responsibilities include being able to make decisions in a timely manner under tight deadlines and pressure. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
