Primary Responsibilities: • Lead the effort to deliver a functional and technological strategic plan for Eclipsys’s outsourcing account. • Perform vendor assessment, selection, and recommendation. • Evaluate and revise IT functions/processes, including future state operating model, sourcing strategy, and future state architecture planning. • Assess IT capabilities and perform high level gap analysis of scalability to meet future demand. • Evaluate relevant technologies (hardware, software, telecommunication), staffing levels and resourcing (skill sets, sourcing strategies, organization), and service levels. Specific experience / skills required: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. (Technical Degree Preferred). • Project Management certification preferred • Strong experience in developing IS strategic planning IS A MUST (consulting experience preferred) • Experience in Healthcare IT strongly preferred • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills • Strong customer service skills, including meeting facilitation, and presentation skills Any unsolicited resumes that are received via email, FAX, or other method will become the property of Eclipsys Corporation and no fees will be paid unless the recruiting agency/recruiter (i) is approved to work with Eclipsys pursuant to a valid contract, and (ii) contacts the corporate recruiter and obtains the corporate recruiter’s permission to work on such search. |
