Helpdesk Analyst (Overnight Shift) Full Time Regular posted 11.24.09
 
Requirements
Primary responsibilities of position:
• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Provides 1st and 2nd level support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
• Perform daily/weekly server maintenance duties
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Work without immediate supervision but will report to a supervisor or manager.
Specific experience / skills required:
• Previous Help Desk, PC/Desktop and Server support responsibilities
• MCSE certified or at least 3 years experience support Windows Server environment
• Cisco VPN support experience (preferred)
• Good knowledge of Windows XP/2000/NT
• Knowledge of Unix (preferred)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Must be reliable and be able to work independently
