Requirements

The position oversees the day-to-day maintenance, support and service requests for a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Technical Support team, which includes Patient Management and
Patient Accounting applications. Responsible for client relationship, resource management and HR duties. Acts as an IS liason to the Patient Registration, Patient Financial Services and
Patient Accounting departments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prioritize customer requests, staff workload and schedules, managing team’s capacity to deliver realistic expectations and monitor tasks to completion.
• Ensure staff meets service level agreements.
• Build strong, positive relationship with the OCIO, Patient Accounting and Patient Registration leadership and staff.
• Develop effective working relationships with all levels of IS staff and management.
• Regular meetings with users, vendors, and IS staff to develop/modify system specifications
• Prepare required reports and keeps management informed as to pertinent developments within area of responsibility.
• Coordinate & lead team meetings
• Requires 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years Healthcare IT experience with proven experience delivering results that reflect a high level of customer service
• Background and experience with Patient Management/Patient Accounting, Siemens Invision
• 2-3 years of Eagle experience required
• College degree in Information Systems preferred or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of project management methodology.
• Able to translate business requirements to technical specifications.
• Strong time management and personal organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to evaluate performance, counsel individuals for improvement or corrective action, and establish training activities to strengthen individual performance.
